So I found a buddy with a trailblazer SS for parts , has headers and a DJM front lowering kit from the trailblazer, these parts should fit on the SSR right? After all it’s just a trailblazer underneath , right ?

I just rebuilt my front suspension and found out the lower a arms in fact different and do not inner change. The Trailblazer is longer and have different steering stops on them. The a arm is made up of two parts the steel stamping and a cast steel part that holds the ball joint. The cast steel piece is what is different. The SSR one had the letters SSR cast into it. Also the front shocks are a little different if you use a Trailblazer on the SSR the front will sit higher. Other wise all the parts I replaced were the same. See the thread in the technical discussion titled Front End rebuild I have pictures there of the two control arms.
