The wire is bundled and wrapped completely with black tape up by the frame, about 1 foot behind left rear tire. No connector supplied. Pull it down and remove the tape and you'll find 4 or 5 wires not attached to anything. You buy the connector you need and follow the instructions to attach.
I used the ground wire (attached to the connector I bought) and attached it up to the frame... holds the connector up out of sight when not in use. However, you do have to get on your knees and bend down to plug the trailer connector into it. Didn't want to drill a hole to mount the plug.
This idea is on another forum that I visit, and I think it is a great idea!
