I just found it in my owners manual page 4-47....

You need a long trailer extension wire connector when you are accessing it. You want to have enough to connect to the trailer with some room for movement. I think I bought the 48" extension from Northern tools with leds and had multiple connectors for a 4 wire, 5 wire and a 6 wire connection all in one. Never got around to adding the trailer brake electronics to the yellow R, but the 6 speed will need that for sure without the advantage of the automatic tranny going up a hill.
More stuff to do, more stuff to do.

Perhaps.

I don't have brakes on the size of trailer I pull with the SSR. I guess I would be concerned equally for either if I did not have brakes. I guess. Either up hill or not.
