Market is MUCH less

Leach Chevrolet has an similar, well equiped NEW Ultra for less than $40k on eBay.

Sorry to suggest this, but a realistic price for this truck is more in the order of $37.5 thousand, perhaps less, as the market for even slightly used prime condition 03/04 SSr vehicles is declining “precipitously” ..... Inventory of new 03/04 vehicles is significant (way north of 150 days) and dealers in most areas are begining to see that they will have to sell below cost to relieve this situation and are certainly beginning to do so.

Note that many stores are already selling the '05's at a discount, particularly if you will order one with a reasonable deposit. Delivery is not long.
