I didn't see this topic previously.

On my first visit to the dealership with my SSR, the computer listed my VIN as a Siverado (I think). They had to get a managers password to override the system. A few weeks later, I visited MYGMLINK.com to register my SSR. The website would not accept my VIN and I was prompted to call and speak with their representative. I have not done that yet. Has anyone else had this happen?

Almost the same at my dealer

When the service advisor inputs the information on the screen the vehicle is listed as a "Colorado". Its a software glitch and doesn't seem to bother them...just as long as they input all my gripes, they can call it what they want.

mygmlink will fix it just as soon as you let them know it's a problem.

A year a go, the website would not even acknowelege my vin at all. They got it fixed, but it took reporting the problem.

I signed up, I didn't know the site existed. I had the same problem, it wouldn't take my vin. I called them on the phone and they had to call our dealer to verify we bought the vehicle, and they then put the VIN number in for me. It took about 10 minutes, and when I went to the website it was there! :)
