The more I look at it the more I believe those seats will wind up on eBay
It appears it may have gone into a slide and hit a post/tree/pole to create that perpendicular damage
I am by no means a body man but with all of the seams hit it would be a really tough repair IMO unless someone replaces a full rear 1/4 plus tail light & a lid with 171k
Trying to get into the mind of an SSR aficionado is difficult - even if I am one!
If you have the ability to put it together, could give a rats ass about the mileage, don't care about the title - just want to own one - who knows.
I do not believe it can be purchased and repaired with the idea of turning a profit.
I spent the last couple weeks going through carfaxes, trying to see what Salvage Titles were still alive, even some Rebuilt Titles - trying to update the SSR-Branded Titles thread.
A huge number of the Salvage titles that I checked out (100 or so) have had no movement on Carfax for some years, so I have moved them to the Junk file
There are a bunch of Salvage SSR's that I will need to check on again next year - not something I look forward to
I would rather cut it at the quick and declare them dead sooner than later
I don't put much faith in the Title "category" any more - Salvage most often means Junk when it comes to the SSR
I am putting this one in the Junk Title category - surprise me!
