We had a board member place an order for a set of Dynatech headers but the shipping address that he provided didn't match the billing location for his credit card. We goto great lengths to insure that your credit card is secure. Nobody wants to have fraudulent charges on their card. That is why we will only ship to the billing address for your card unless you have an alternate listed with them. If you would like your order to goto an alternate address like your work, you'll just need to contact the credit card company and have them add that address in the Notes section for your account. We will then give them a call to verify YOU have added this location and can then ship the product there. This might seem like a little bit of work but it actually only takes a few minutes and it protects everything. We haven't had any fraud cases since this policy took effect. Before that, I remember one order that was shipped to a lawyers office. A location that we thought would be safe ended up being a fraudulent order.
