Sounds like a great trip. You will see some great scenery and a lot of wide open space. Have fun and take pictures. Your friends at home will not believe it.

Well, welcome to Texas... when you get here. Give us some more details and maybe we can have lunch. I know the Houston and Dallas R's will love to eat some BBQ.

Call me about your Dallas time schedule: 972-814-8805

Cash, you thinkin' of Bar B Q at 3 in the morning !!!
Too funny - coincidentally I had a session with BBQ ribs last night - I love them but don't do that real often
When I visited Tony & Paul at Nfwy I will always remember Tony saying "Let's do some BBQ" - not a line you would hear in my area - HaHa!
Your 3 am is midnight here, but I did wake up at 11 pm and decided heading to the computer was a good idea - not sure why.
Could have been the BBQ barking back at me! HaHa!

Ruckzuck, have a great time and take in all that southern hospitality!

This is true hospitality, I'm overwhelmed

Of course, I would like to visit all Texas Fanatics,
but my time will not be enough.
In Houston or the surrounding area,
I will meet Greg when I drive south from Dallas
at the end of my journey (September 17).
In my opinion, this would be a good time to organize a meeting.
maybe a dinner?

Be sure to visit the countryside just west of San Antonio, including Fredericksburg and Gruene, to see the influence and legacy of the early German settlers. It is a very nice part of the state. Enjoy our Texas!

Ruckzuck,

Check out the Twisted Sisters Run on the SSR Fanatic's Texas Forum. There will be 8 SSR's in Kerrville the 7th of September (Friday) and in Fredericksburg on the 8th of September (Saturday). Maybe we can meet you there.

Thank y'all for meeting us at Frank's Local Diner, we really enjoyed it. It was an honor to meet all of you.
You're all welcome to visit us in Munich, maybe we can return the favor.
Special thanks to Frank for organising everything.
