Good day everyone. I am **** Nicholls based just north of London in the UK and have a 2005 Chevvy SSR. Sadly it was involved is a small crash and I now need a rear bumper, tail light and rear quarter panel,[passenger side]. That would sort out my problem. I will also need at some time, a drivers side window as mine is scratched, chrome hub caps just 1 missing at the moment, and 2 struts for the tail lid.
Any help on this would be appreciated,

Hi ****,
Welcome to the group. Sorry to hear about the wreck. What color is the truck or do you not care if you need repaint for the bumper? The rear struts are best obtained by getting some from simple-engineering.com as the street versions loose pressure pretty quick.

Small parts are no biggie but how do you plan on shipping the large parts? I shipped a rear bumper one time and it was a real pain. Had to ship Greyhound bus, was too large if not a commercial account with the other main carriers. Do you know someone with a shipping container?

Sorry to hear of your mishaps with your truck. Chrome center caps are scare & expensive, you may want to go for a set of after market ones, when you talk to Mike(simple engineering) he might be able to help. Will have to know front or back center. Mike also has experience with shipping overseas.

Good luck getting your parts and getting back on the road so you can enjoy the permagrin again.

Would it make sense to accumulate the parts that you need at one location here in the states until you have everything, and then have it shipped in a container in one shipment to you? Just a thought.
