Cruising today, a guy in an Expedition kept staring at us ( like we were caged animals) we stopped at a red light. I figured I would have some fun, put the top down, as it was going down, his window was going down. He said he had to go and trade in his Expedition and get himself one of these!!!! :ssr

You have to admit , in the late 60's ,early 70's Mopar had the color market all to its own ! Could you imagine an SSR done up in Lime mopar green ! :thumbs , or Hemi orange ! :flag

Hey , I love my SSR, but don't knock Ford trucks... My other ride in bad weather is a Ford f150... It has been very dependable... and they did'nt ruin the looks of their pickup trucks with ugly headlights!!!!!
I have always been a chevy girl... I even have a chevy small block 400 in my Jaguar... but when chevy changed their front headlights with that goofy slant, I traded over... Thank God they didn't do that to the SSR!!!!

Gotta have the right hood for the 03 and up chevy half and three quarter tons. then I think they look Bad to the Bone. hers a picture of mine from the front. I guess I need to take some pictures of the 3/4 ton. :cool :thumbs :flag :seeya

Bob, the hood on the SS Silverado looks great, where is the matching hard cover for the bed? Good to see another Chevy "NUT". I have the same truck and love it

I too love the look of those "aggressive" headlights! Looks very mean to me. I had hoped they would have done the same for the Tahoe and Suburbans too but they didn't. :confused

I will agree with you on this.. The "Cat Eye" look of the new Chevy's are butt ugly to me. That is why I bought the GMC 2500HD Duramax Diesel instead of a chevy. I know they are almost the same but PoP works for the Chevy dealer here and could have gotten me a little better deal.. But that front end just killed it for me...Paid a little more and got the truck I wanted also. I did change the headlights on my GMC to the Denali ones wich gave it a whole diffrent look...

But I do love the SS!!

Look very carefuly. It has a roll-n-lock bed cover. it is black. It rolls foward when you need tote some thing taller than the top of the bed. it will catch in 3 places besides being closed. It also locks the tailgate from opening as well as most anything. :flag :seeya
