I have been working on my truck for almost 1 1/2 years. I changed this then that then somthing else. When we were at the Irwindale event my wife took a picture of mine next to Rick's SRR and then all of a sudden I realized how different mine looks. I guese where I am going with this is maybe it's a good idea to step back once in a while and really look at where you started from. Don't get me wrong. I like the way mine turned out but I don't think I realized how different it looks.

I heard nothing but good comments of about your SSR , don't be surprise to see in future, some of your modifcations on other SSRs.

All kidding aside, we ALL agree that you have one of the slickest (in more ways than one) SSR's on the forum!

However, a few (FUZZY, Rebel, rick518, etc.) are giving you a run for your money!

Thanks all of you! There is more that I want to do but it would mean undoing what I have done so I think I am going to sell this one and start over. A clean canvas (Rebels suggestion) is there any difference between a 05 or 06?

Could you find a way to bring your beautiful SSR to the first ever "SSR Homecoming Day" events this August 19th? I am sure you would be one of the biggest hits there with all the plant workers and all the big guests there.

This once in a life time galla event should bring together the biggest gathering of SSRs ever... right back to their orginal birth place! :thumbs

Thank you for the nice comments. I have tried everything to make this event. I have an obligation out of the country starting the 21st. I was going to ship my car back then fly in, that didn't work because of the shipper. I am sure I drove this poor lady at American Airlines to drink, trying to get me to you then to Taiwan to China on time. So, I won't make it. I think it is going to be spectacular! How about a dvd?
