I have used "Fix a Flat" many times with no problem and it seems so much easier than that goofy 3 step process GM expects us to use. My neighbor got a nail in his pickup tire last winter and I used my can of Fix a Flat on it then pulled the nail out the next day and he is STILL driving on that tire with no air loss at all. I got myself a can for the SSR and put it under the pass seat.

I guess that silly 3 step flat fixer worked for the Corvette, so they thought it would work for the SSR too.!! But everyone is entitled to do what they think is best!:)

Have you talked to the guys that get to fix your tire after you spray that stuff in it..? You are really missing out on their playful cameraderie. :skep

Im sure its no different than that green gunk thats in the GM kit. Fix a Flat works great and its sooo easy to use. The only thing is you can't use it if you have a LTPWS monitor it gunks up the sensors. Maybe thats why GM uses that green stuff on the Z06.
