MICHIGAN, OHIO, ONTARIO I have imported a roll of 1” wide moleskin for my self. I have extra to sell $1 a foot $2 mailing.

I was just going to offer to mail to near by states and my own Ontario. But if you need some and do not want to by a whole roll, Private e-mail me first to make sure I still have some left, and give me your mailing address. I will then give you my address to send a check. At this time I have 36ft. extra. I have had e-mails all ready.

Moleskin can also be found at your local pharmacy where foot products such as inserts are found. Many runners use it for covering places on ther feet that rub their shoes.

Window Felt

Please explain why everyone is in need of window felt "Mole Skin"?

I’m now officially out of the mole trade. All my extra is spoken for. Everyone who will be getting some has been e-mailed. No need to send check till your mole has arrived safe and sound. Some of theses moles should have had a visa for crossing the boarder so many times. Hope this helps you pet lovers as I know it was a pain for me to have to buy a whole roll to do my two windows. :ssr

Just installed the mole skin Rebel sent me. It took about an hour to do both windows. After the first door it was a piece of cake. :thumbs

I took delivery of my 05 last Friday. How can I tell if my "moleskin" door glass problem has been taken care of at SSR factory?

The factory, in their infinate wisdom, has not installed any felt on the inside door jam of these trucks. If you tint the windows, the inside door jam will scratch or tear the window tint. There fore YOU can install what is called mole skin on the inside of the door jams, or window jams to protect your tint. There are several threads to this procedure on this site.

IF YOU DON"T TINT, THEY MUST AQUIT.....sorry, must have gotten that from some where else. You are correct. no tint, no problem :lol

I didn't tint mine but both of my windows ended up with fine scratches on them. My dealer installed felt when he replaced the windows last year, no new scratches.
