12,971 as of today. Have put 1,107 miles on my truck since acquiring it 14 months ago. Or, for my fellow NASCAR fans looking forward to this weekend's short track "rubbin is racein" funfest, that's 2,077 laps of Bristol. :lol
One big difference, unlike many of the boys on Sunday evening, I'll still have my fenders, quarters, bumpers etc. intact. :banana
Food City 500, Bristol Motor Speedway--March 26, 2006.
The recent trip to Maggie Valley kicked the mileage on my '04 up to 4,800 miles, and the upcoming trip to Texas (with side trips) will probably put me somewhere between 8,000 to 8,500 miles, and then of course we have the Woodward Dream Cruise.
But here's the deal; I didn't buy that truck to put it in the garage and watch it rust. I don;t wan to "kick-off" and look down (or up:eek) and see my truck being driven by my wife's new "stud muffin"glol:glol
I take extremely good care of all of my vehicles, but they're made to ride.
If I had wanted to sit and look at an SSR, I could have bought a great picture for a heck of a lot less than I paid for the real thing.
We Harley folks have a saying "Screw it, let's Ride".
