Been trying to resolve the problem that @the_real_camby has with his 04 with only 12,000 MI on it. The problem is ihe shuts it off and every now and then it won't start. He has moved wires around and then it would start, sometimes he just lets it sit after a while it will start. What I noticed is the fuse box cover is missing. So the question is why is it missing. At one point was the fuse box replaced if so will an 05 or an 06 fit into an 03 and 04. We have been communicating via text and phone I'm going to get him a schematic of the fuse and relay positions.He did say that he can move it from Park to neutral and it still won't start eliminating neutral safety switch.

03-04 fuse box is NOT the same as the 05-06. The layout is different and the decal under the lid is different

Please note that the 125 amp fuse has nothing to do with engine starting. It Is there to protect the main feed line to the cabin fuse box.
My vote is to find a good used 03-04 engine fuse box and replace yours. When you do, I would highly recommend you inspect the electrical connectors that plug into the bottom of the fuse box. Water ingress into the fuse box is insidious.
