Been trying to resolve the problem that @the_real_camby has with his 04 with only 12,000 MI on it. The problem is ihe shuts it off and every now and then it won't start. He has moved wires around and then it would start, sometimes he just lets it sit after a while it will start. What I noticed is the fuse box cover is missing. So the question is why is it missing. At one point was the fuse box replaced if so will an 05 or an 06 fit into an 03 and 04. We have been communicating via text and phone I'm going to get him a schematic of the fuse and relay positions.He did say that he can move it from Park to neutral and it still won't start eliminating neutral safety switch.

03/04 engine fuse box is different from 05/06. So is diagram. 03/04 PCM -Power Control Module 05/06 ECM Engine Control Module, just an example.
05/06 R has 200 times more software and an engine fuse box production problem.
How to Library on 05 Engine fuse box broken wire that ONLY happens when engine compartment is HOT! Let cool, R start and runs until it gets to HOT again. I have repair lots and lots of them. Have some in stock, repaired.
Look up FUSE BOX REPAIR
This also covers the the 7mm jack screws and how important that they are tight.
Every few years I remove, one by one every fuse and relay in my fuse box, why? 16yrs old.

What and where are all those wires going to in the Rear Fuse Box??@the_real_camby, you may be onto something. If you haven't already replaced the 125 amp fuse, that's the next thing I would do. Easy and inexpensive. A number of threads discuss them becoming flaky and going bad (@Dicktator can tell you more). We carry a spare at all times. Of course, clean the terminals as @SWT RYD suggests while you're at it. Our local parts stores didn't carry them, so ordered it from Amazon.

Okay, I am not sure I would do it that way because you are on the Rear Fuse Box fuse which is the 125amp.
If something were to happen, it could take out your Rear Fuse Box.
Just concern about Multiplex wiring and rear fuse box.
Red wire close to fender is to Battery, sure Mike's fan has fuse and your LED lights also.
There is a PP on How to for "spare" fuses in rear fuse box. Look up SPARE FUSE LOCATIONS
