Just buy a new set at NAPA or the equivalent and have at it. You may find that due to corrosion the terminal on the end of a cable is suspect and, in that case, you will need either a replacement terminal for the positive cable, though they are not too troublesome, or a complete negative cable. Check the two ground ends of the negative cable, body and frame, for looseness or corrosion as well. That cable is quite short. It should be fairly easily available from Simple Engineering or other places such as NAPA, RockAuto and others as well, though regular sources are often out of them.
