Has any one any tips or tricks on removingthe spray nozzel from the wiper arm assy? Just want to know before I wreck it.

Don't......just replace the rubber part.
If you have to, buy a blade and pull the rubber insert out and put that in yours. Too many people have thought that they could remove the spray nozzle without breaking it and they were wrong.
