Talk about answering my own qustion!

While browsing some pics I took at Corvettes at Carlisle last August I stumbled across a couple of pics of the Hot Rod Mag Project SSR. Lo and behold a picture of the guage package. (!) See attached.

I received an E-mail from GM today about the gauge package. There is a part #, but not a price. So I called GM pricing. The lady said that must be a popular part because she had already received several price requests today. She called back and said that it will be available soon but could not quote a price until they are released.

That Hot Rod mag pic got me thinking - I wonder if I can finagle a part number for just the gauge bracket without the gauges? Those Auto Meter gauges look great. Aside from that, maybe I can fabricate a fiberglass copy and paint it to match the console - that may be what Hot Rod magazine did in this case.
